If you have also purchased expansion packs for your instruments, you can now install them via the Output Hub. If you need help using the Kontakt player, check out this helpful article. Now open up your DAW of choice, and locate Kontakt from your list of instrument plugins, and you'll find your Output instrument in Kontakt. It will also appear in the Installed tabĪt this point, your product is fully installed.Afterward, your instrument should appear with a greyed-out Installed button next to it.Locate the instrument folder you downloaded from Output Hub. Do not click the Install button as that will download an extra copy of your instrument!.Locate the Instrument and click on the ellipsis (three-dotted) icon.Click All section again at the top of the Native Access window.This is important for ensuring Native Access recognizes the product is installed. Now that your instrument has been activated, the next step is to set the file path within Native Access. Paste your serial code and click ENTER to authenticate your instrument.In the bottom left-hand side, click Add a serial.It can also be found on your Output Account page under Downloads.Your serial can be found in the Output Hub next to the product's name.If you've previously followed these steps, simply sign in to Native Access with the Native Instruments account you used in the past, and skip to the Final Installation Steps. Please follow these steps if you're installing and activating your Instrument for the first time. Create one here.This is not the same as your Output account.Sign into your Native Instruments Account.For instructions, please see Using External Storage With Output Instruments.Transfer the library folder to your external drive after the download is complete. If you are using external storage, we recommend downloading the instrument to your desktop first.
